Introduction
For readability, I use the first person throughout. “I”, “me”, or “my” refers to my business, Daisy De Boevere. “You” or “your” refers to you, the client or visitor. “We” or “our” refers to both of us together. “Collaboration” or “agreement” refers to any services I offer that you make use of. “Website” refers to this website at daisydeboevere.com.

Is success guaranteed?
No. I cannot guarantee that working with me will generate specific results in your life. You are responsible for the outcomes you achieve. I will, however, make every reasonable effort to offer you the best support I can.
Can a collaboration be ended early?
All purchases are final. That said, I’m always open to a conversation about how we can both part ways with a good feeling. I reserve the right to end a collaboration at any time without stating a reason. I will notify you by email, and any amount paid will be refunded.
Force majeure
Either party may invoke force majeure if an unforeseen event occurs after the agreement was made, through no fault of either party, making it impossible to fulfill the agreement, whether temporarily or permanently. During this period, obligations will be suspended. If the situation lasts longer than 60 days, either party may dissolve the agreement without obligation to pay damages. I will always make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative solution where possible.

Liability
Before holding me liable for anything, I ask that you first send me an email clearly stating your reasons and providing a reasonable timeframe for me to respond or correct any errors. If I am found liable, that liability is always limited to direct damages, up to the maximum of the amount paid under the relevant agreement, including VAT. Indirect damages are expressly excluded. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or wilful misconduct on my part.
Disputes
We will always seek a solution together first. If that proves impossible, the matter will be submitted to the court of Ghent, division Bruges/Ostend. Belgian law exclusively governs our agreement and these terms.
Termination
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time, without prior notice or liability, including in cases where these terms are violated.
